Russia's T Plus appoints Andrei Vagner as acting CEO

MOSCOW, Sep 6 (PRIME) -- Russian power producer T Plus, which saw a police search and a CEO detention on Tuesday over a corruption case, has appointed First Deputy CEO Andrei Vagner as acting CEO, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

Chairman of T Plus board of directors Yevgeny Olkhovik and CEO Boris Vainzikher were detained on Monday on suspicion of giving bribes to Komi Republic officials, Investigative Committee’s official representative Vladimir Markin said.

Vagner said that the company operates normally in all 16 regions of its presence. All stations and power grid companies are undergoing planned checks before the winter season.
